Shipping Policy

At Doggie Dekor, each item is handmade with care for your dog and their humans. Please allow time for your order to be carefully prepared and packed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep delays minimal and communicate any changes.

Please note: business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:  For the time being we are only shipping within Canada - this will change eventually

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Whenever possible, orders will include tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, customs, or other external factors.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where we can but we can not act on your behalf with the carrier.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

At the moment we are only shipping with Canada - this will change - not quite sure when.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
