Exchange Policy

At Doggie Dekor every item is handmade with care for dogs and their humans. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only and do not provide refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in the original packaging
  • Items must be free of:
    • pet hair
    • odors
    • stains
    • damage
  • Please contact us at hello@doggiedekor.com immediately with reference to any exchange request - we will require photos of the item and the packaging - we will then authorize the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale, 2nds or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@doggiedekor.com and include the photos clearly showing the issue of concern  - we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase from Doggie Dekor - we want to make it right!!  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the item ordered was incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you would like to exchange
  • the reason for the exchange

We’ll provide next steps as soon as possible.
